Manufacture unknown for this model, it comes with a W deck for coil building. This deck has a wider slot to accommodate a lager piece of cotton wick.

As it says, this RTA is made by IVOGO and comes with 5 decks. They are:
S – Standard slot best for silica wicks;
C – Curved slot to allow a thicker silica or cotton wick to drape downwards;
W – Wider slot to accommodate a larger piece of cotton wick;
D – Dual Coil deck with two air holes. Wicking channels are the same size as W deck;
B – Bottom featuring huge cotton “depot” and allowing different coil heights
