3FVAPE 2021 Chinese New Year (CNY) Holiday Schedule

The Chinese New Year Spring Festival is coming. 3FVAPE will have a seven-day holiday from February 11, 2021 to February 17, 2021 (Beijing Time, GMT+8). We will back to office on February 18, 2021 at 9:00 am Beijing Time (GMT+8).

Customer service: Office is close during February 11, 2021 to February 17, 2021 (Beijing Time, GMT+8). Customer support service is unavailable during these days. We will try our best to response the questions before holiday. Customer service resumes on February 18th but ticket response time will be delayed due to backlogs.

Why do you need to make orders early before 2021 Chinese New Year

Order dispatching:

Orders scheduled to ship on or before February 10, 2021 can be shipped before holiday.
Order placed during February 11, 2021 to February 17, 2021, will not be shipped until the holiday ended.
Shipping resumes on February 18th. Extra processing time may be required due to holiday backlogs. All orders which are ready to ship can be shipped within a few days after February 18, 2021. For orders which require extra restocking time, a new scheduled shipping date will be needed

Tracking service:
Most post offices confirmed that the packages shipped before holiday will be traceable during holiday. For tracking number, please check the email from ticket@3fvape.com, or login you 3FVAPE account to check from “MY ACCOUNT”>>”MY ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS”

24HRS SHIP:
Products with label “24HRS” in the 24HRS SHIP ZONE is expected to be shipped out in one business day before February 10, 2021 and after February 18 , 2021 when we back to work.
We highly recommend you to place your order of 24HRS SHIP items before Feb 10,2021 and these orders can be dispatched before the CNY Holiday without the backlogs.
Orders of 24HRS SHIP products placed during February 11, 2021 to February 17, 2021 are expected to be dispatched on February 18, 2021 or February 19, 2021. Please allow 1-2 days due to holiday backlogs.
Note: Orders containing “24HRS SHIP” products and Non “24HRS SHIP” products may be delayed by the Non “24HRS SHIP” product, and the order will be dispatched when the Non “24HRS SHIP” Products ready.
