Today we are going to talk about the SXK Le Magister Style RDA. 3FVAPE now has this RDA in stock and I am lucky to have a chance to take a try of it.

The SXK Le Magister Style RDA is a flavor oriented atomizer for experimented users only. It’s not for cloud chasing but it can bring a good flavor of your e-juice and it’s easy to build or change your coil wick on it.

The SXK Le Magister style RDA is about 33mm height and with a diameter of 22mm, made of stainless steel, it’s well constructed and looks good.

Together in the package, one white 510 dirp tip is included and you can also choose your own favorite drip tips with 510 connector. It doesn’t look that big and I would rather say it’s size is really small.

To open this atomizer, we recommend you to screw the atomizer on the mod for easier opening. Because the o-rings are really tight. As you can see in the picture, this atomizer is mainly constructed by the top cap, air control ring/barrel and the bottom coil deck/juice well. There are spare o-rings in the package which was shown on the picture. The o-ring is tight and it can really help prevent leaking.

It has a really large size of juice well and the juice well can hold about 2.5ml e-liquid in it. We got two screw on the plate acting the negative pin and a screw in the middle as the positive connection. You can build single or dual coil on this RDA. Two cut out on the plate for wicking down to the juice well.

Now we break it down, and the amazing part is you can remove the center section from the juice well.

The juice well is about 1cm in depth. Turns clockwise to screw in the center section in to the juice well. The center positive pin is adjustable by screw driver. You can easily clean you juice well if you want to change a flavor and no need to worry about the flavor mixing. Just make sure you screw it tight when you screw the center pin back. There is an oring between the center post and the deck for sealing. When you screw the Le Magister on a mod, we recommend you to scre by turning the center post to avoid the risk to unscrew these 2 parts.

9 airflow holes on the top cap, with diameter 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2.2mm. 2.2mm can be used to adjust hole on hole, allowing an accurate air hole size as you like to vape. 2 holes on either side of the barrel. This airflow design allows you to choose the air flow amount you like for both single and dual coil building.

I have the SXK Le Magister on the VF Squonk Style Box Mod. And I am going to build a single coil using the kanthal A1 wire and the OCC Cotton. Following is 2 vapeporns showing how the RDA and the mod match. As you can see the SXK Le Magister style RDA has 22mm diameter and sits perfectly on this vf squonk.

2mm or 2.5mm coil jig are recommended for coil build of this atomizer. Coil with bigger diameter are not recommend as there isn’t enough room for it because the reduced chamber. Note that you should keep room between coil and plate, also leave room between the center post and coil, to avoid shorting. Recommended resistance is 0.65Ω to 0.9Ω for single coil. Here we got 5 wraps of Kanthal A1 28GA 0.32mm.

Just cross the wick and get the end of the wick inside the juice well. You can get the wick around the center post.

It’s easy to fill it and just drop several drops of e-liquid in the center and it will go inside the well. You can dorp a feel liquid around the oring first time using.
