It looks like you are missing half of the ultem inserts. The original RDA comes with 7 ultem inserts:
2 x Ultem air duct inserts (open draw): 2.90mm x 3.90mm
2 x Ultem air duct inserts (restricted draw): 1.80mm x 3.90mm
2 x Ultem air duct inserts (tight draw): 2 x 1.3mm (diameter)
1 x Ultem closed air duct insert
