Most higher power GPUs use coolers with vertical fins (unless they are with turbines) and that messes with the airflow in tight spaces. If you use high airflow fans (push or pull doesn”t change much) you can get good temperatures (probably around 60 C), but the whole setup will be pretty noisy. If you keep the mining rigs in a good location with a stable ambient temperature of not more than 20C and good airflow you will probably have good results with 200W+ GPUs.
